My passion is analysing and transforming complex operational environments through digital innovation. With over 25 years of Operational & Lean and Six Sigma experience, and 15 years dedicated to digitising and re-engineering business processes, I’ve built my career as a leader in operational technology, building Digital twins for optimising equipment / supply chains, and leading business-wide process improvement.

I have led large-scale process reengineering initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, engaging people and improve productivity. By mapping and rationalising thousands of business rules, I have unified 200+ legacy systems into intelligent, real-time ecosystems such as the Digital Twin at Gladstone Ports—which connect hundreds of staff to Live operations and decision-making.
My approach combines advanced analytics, simulation modelling, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable financial and customer outcomes.

With my team of 15 specialists we replaced hundreds of legacy systems into a unified, intelligent Digital Twin ecosystem, connecting 750+ staff to real-time operations, logistics and decision-making covering 4000+ business rules.
Following my analysis of the entire Central Queensland bulk supply and export chain, I architected and delivered a whole-of-business Digital Twin managing $12B in export products covering logistics, operations and maintenance across the $2.4B operational assets.
